Be entertained by performances celebrating the cultures of Mexico, India, the Philippines, Polynesia, and more. San Mateo's own Music Department will kick off our festivities with a selection of tunes.

BEARCAT GRADUATION LEIS

Give your graduate a chance to show their Bearcat pride one last time...when they cross the stage to accept their diploma with this beautiful lei draped around their neck.

These colorful fabric ribbon leis in vibrant orange and black are made locally by a Japanese/Hawaiian family. Each hand-stitched lei takes three hours to complete.

The unique pattern resembles delicate flowers, creating layers comparable to a double strand flower lei. But unlike flower leis, these leis won't fade, wilt or require any special storage. They can be worn again, passed down to another Bearcat in the family or treasured as a keepsake.
