GRAD NIGHT DETAILS

TICKETS

 

GRAD NIGHT IS NOW SOLD OUT.  There are no more tickets available.

 

NOTE: Students should plan on changing into casual clothes and flat shoes before departing for Grad Night.

TRANSPORTATION

 

All five buses are full.

 

After purchasing their tickets, students will be able to select the bus they wish to ride. If a group of friends would like to ride together, they should sign up at the same time.  Once a bus selection has been made, there will be no changes.

 

Five buses will be transporting our students to the venue: Blue, Green, Yellow, Red and Purple.  

 

CHAPERONES

 

Thank you to the parents who have volunteered to chaperone!  You'll be leaving and returning with the students (approximate SMHS Departure of 9:45pm and SMHS Arrival of 4:00am Friday morning). Dress casually!

GRAD NIGHT LOGISTICS

 

  • Graduation Ceremony starts at 7pm and will end at approximately 9pm

  • Students will have approximately 45 minutes to take photos and change into their casual clothes before departing for Grad Night 

  • Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.  Girls: Skirts and dresses are not recommended

  • Do not bring money or other valuables

  • Do not leave valuables visible in your car--lock them in the trunk

  • Security will be monitoring the SMHS Parking Lot during the hours of Grad Night  

  • Do not bring backpacks or bags.  Students will receive a drawstring backpack to hold their keys, cell phones and other personal items  

  • Students will be patted down and purses will be searched prior to boarding the bus

  • Jackets are not necessary as the event will be indoors

  • Snacks and water will be available prior to boarding the buses but must be consumed before boarding

  • NO food or water allowed on the buses

  • Students will board buses at the Poplar Avenue bus turnout at 9:45pm

  • If a student appears intoxicated or is otherwise being disruptive, his/her parents will be contacted to pick up their student immediately

  • Make Grad Night a fun and safe event!
